| Exchange Disseminated Time | 3M India Ltd has informed BSE that :
1. Mr. Zinan Wadood has been appointed as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from October 01, 2012 by the Audit Committee held today viz.,. October 26, 2012.
2. Mr. B.V. Shankaranarayana Rao, Whole-time Director, who was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) earlier, ceased to be CFO with effect from October 01, 2012. However, he continues to be a Whole-time Director of the Company and has been re-designated as India Region Chief Compliance and Process Officer. The Company Secretary continues to be the Compliance Officer for the purposes of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
3. Mr. John R Houle and Mr. Frank R Little have been appointed as Additional and Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from October 26,2012.
4. Mr. R. Vijay Kumar resigned as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from the closing hours of October 26, 2012. However, he will continue to be responsible for the Strategic Planning, Acquisitions, Business Development (Mining, Construction and Defence Markets) and Information Technology (IT). |
