| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/01/2017 19:46:43 | Advance Syntex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on November 14, 2016, has recommended bonus issue in the ratio of 3:20. The Bonus issue was subsequently approved by the shareholders at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 16, 2016.
Now the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on January 07, 2017, has allotted 11,87,199 (Eleven Lakhs Eighty Seven Thousand One Hundred and Ninety Nine Only) bonus equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, to the equity shareholder entitled thereto as on January 05, 2017, being the Record Date fixed for the purpose. |
