1. Mr. Pramod Nangia, Director (M), Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, vide letter dated February 29, 2009, tendered his resignation consequent to completion of his tenure in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
2. Mr. K L Kumar, Former C&MD, Kochi Refineries Ltd, a Director on the Board of the Company, vide letter dated February 02, 2009 tendered his resignation from the Board of the Company. |
