| Exchange Received Time 28/07/2017 12:56:36 Exchange Disseminated Time 28/07/2017 12:56:44 Time Taken 00:00:08 | In reference to the announcement made to the Stock Exchanges the Board Meeting that was scheduled on SATURDAY, THE 12TH AUGUST, 2017 inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 stands Cancelled.
Further, we submit that the Company will avail the relaxation granted by Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its Circular No.CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016 to comply and adopt the IND-AS Rules as applicable.
The closure of the trading window as intimated to the Stock Exchanges in the aforesaid letter stands cancelled and the Company will intimate the revised dates for the closure of trading window pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Fair Trade Practices and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading of the Company.
The Company will inform the Stock Exchange the fresh date of the Board Meeting in due course.
