Gulati (DIN: 02127750), Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from September 01, 2014.
Notice with respect to the same has been given in the Indian Express and the Financial Express (Gujarati) on September 02, 2014 to all the shareholders and directors concerned and therefore, the respective resolutions appearing in the Notice of 70th Annual General Meeting of the Company which is to be held on September 11, 2014, become redundant and ineffective for consideration and voting by shareholders of the Company. |
