| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/05/2016 17:31:20 | With reference to the earlier letter dated May 20, 2016, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Director's meeting of the Company to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record Statement of Unaudited/Audited Results for the Quarter/Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for Specified Persons was closed from May 06, 2016 to May 24, 2016 (both days inclusive) as communicated by us vide our letter dated May 04, 2016. But due to the change in the date of Board Meeting the trading window will continue to remain closed till June 01, 2016. |
