1. Consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
2. Fix day, date, time and place of 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company along with book closure date.
3. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for promoters, directors, designated employees and others covered under the said code from August 07, 2015 to August 17, 2015 for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
