Further to our letter dated 31.03.2017 regarding the captioned matter and Pursuant to regulation 30read with Schedule - III (Part - A) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform thatthe Advanced Manufacturing & Technology Centre (AMTC) project of Company, situated at NH-25A, SaraiSahjadi, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, has commenced the commercial production of phase - I (existing capacity expansion) with effect from December 01, 2017.
