The Audited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015

The Company posted a net loss after taxes of Rs. (2068.90) million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 207.60 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 7468.60 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 9789.60 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014.

The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2015

The Company has posted a net profit after taxes of Rs. 2051.10 million for the year ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 8.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 32827.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 37026.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2014.

- Previous period figures have been reclassified to conform to the current period's classification. Further, the figures for the current period are not comparable to the previous periods due to transfer of certain businesses.

The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit/loss of associates of Rs. 427.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs. 988.10 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 15673.70 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 to Rs. 15423.70 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.

The Group has posted a net loss after taxes, minority interest and share profit/loss of associates of Rs. (577.60) million for the year ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs. 1090.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2014. Total Income has increased from Rs. 58224.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 to Rs. 58687.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2015.
