1. To consider the recommendation of Final Dividend the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
2. To Adopt and approve the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2008 together with the Balance Sheet as at that date, & the Directors' Report.
3. To adopt and approve the Audited Financial Result for the 4th quarter as well as for the year ended March 31, 2008. |
