In relation to the above mentioned subject, it may please be noted as following: That after the fire incident in our Yarn Dying and Cotton Bleaching Division at Plot No. T48, MIDC, Kagal, Kolhapur, Maharastra, which occurred on 5th March, 2017, work restarted at our said division from 18th March, 2017 and normal operation was commenced a few days back. The insurance coverage was adequate and the company does not expect any major financial loss, except for the loss of operating profit for the period, the insurance claim is pending with the insurers.
