After this acquisition, the shareholding of N.K. Proteins Ltd. in NKIL has been increased from 111646 Equity shares (representing 1.86% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 112957 equity shares (representing 1.88% of paid up capital of NKIL).
Moreover, the shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group has been increased from 3201232 Equity shares (representing 53.27% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 3202543 Equity share (representing 53.29% of paid up capital of NKIL). |
