1. The Directors have recommended the Final Dividend @ 5% of Rs. 0.05 per Equity Share of Rs. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2017 subject to the approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2.The 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Saturday; September 30, 2017 at the Registered Office of the Company at E-1/1, Arera Colony, Bhopal (M.P.) - 462016 at 9.00 AM.
'In addition; since the Company is venturing into the FMCG Sector; the Company is foraying into direct retail by opening up company owned retail outlets under the brand name 'Sanwaria Kirana' to reach the end customer directly. The Company has already opened upto 25 stores at different locations of Madhya Pradesh and the Board has approved the opening of 10-15 more stores shortly in M.P. and Maharashtra.
