| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2009, inter alia, have considered and approved the following proposals:
1. Incorporation of Dynacons Technologies Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of the Company.
2. Further investments to be made by the Company into Dynacons Technologies Ltd upto an amount of Rupees two crores and authorizing Mr. Shirish Anjaria and Mr. Dharmesh Anjaria to take necessary steps for the same. |
