1. Appointment of Smt. Kalpana Biswas Kundu, Director of the Company as the Independent Director for a period of 5 years with effect from February 03, 2016 upto February 02, 2021 subject to approval of shareholders.
2. Appointment of Shri. Aditya Agarwalla, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as the Whole Time Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from April 01, 2016 subject to approval of shareholders. |
