| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. D V Iyer, Company Secretary has resigned from his position in the Company and he was relieved as at the close of business hours on July 17, 2015. Consequently, he also ceased to be the Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective from this date.
The Company has nominated Mr. Valde Varghese, Asst. Company Secretary as Compliance Officer with effect from July 20, 2015, for the interim period till the Company appoints a 'Company Secretary & Compliance Officer'. |
