| Exchange Disseminated Time | TRF Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 23, 2010, inter alia, have also accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the audited Profit and Loss Account of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2010 and the Balance Sheet as at that date along with the Schedules and Notes forming part thereof, together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. B D Bodhanwala, Mr. R V Raghvan & Mr. Dipankar Chatterji as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Kolkata, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, to examine and audit the accounts of the Company for the Financial Year 2010-11, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. Sudhir Deoras as the Managing Director of the Company, for a further period of three years with effect from April 01, 20110. |
