| Exchange Disseminated Time | Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOS Compensation Committee has vide its circular resolution(s) dated September 27, 2014 allotted 118,393 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).
Further, the Company note that post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,596,553,497 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,965,534,970/-. |
