| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nandan Denim Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:
- To approve the draft notice to be sent to the shareholders for preferential issue to be made to Promoters and / or Non-Promoters as per SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
Further, in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and other Designated Employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of April 20, 2015 till the closure of business hours of April 30, 2015. |
