| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from August 07, 2015 till 48 hours after the financial results are disclosed by the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company are hereby intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
