| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 26, 2011, have considered and approved the following proposals:
1. Incorporation of Wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone, United Arab Emirates.
2. Further investments to be made by the Company into proposed foreign subsidiary Company upto an amount of Rupees. One crore and authorizing Mr. Dharmesh Anjaria and / or Mr. Parag Dalal to take necessary steps for the same. |
