| Exchange Disseminated Time | Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2011, inter alia, have passed the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 and the Balance Sheet as on that date and the Directors’ Report and the Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. R. K. Bhargava & Mr. Arun Saha as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Luthra & Luthra, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Re-appointment of Ms. Monisha Macedo, Senior Vice President, as Manager of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from June 01, 2011 to October 01, 2013, on remuneration, terms and conditions. |
