| Exchange Disseminated Time | Summit Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2013, resolved to de-link its wholly owned subsidiary Company viz. Sudarshan Electronics & T. V. Limited and sell the shares to its another wholly owned subsidiary Company viz. Instant Holdings Limited at cost. Accordingly, the shares were sold by the Company to its wholly owned subsidiary Company; Instant Holdings Limited on March 05, 2013 at cost.
As a result, Sudarshan Electronics & T. V. Limited ceases to be the subsidiary Company of the Company with effect from March 05, 2013. |
