2. To consider and decide about the agenda, date, time and venue for the ensuing 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company and dates of Book closure.
3. to consider allotment of Warrants convertible into Equity Shares on preferential basis, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuring Annual General Meeting. |
