1. Declared a third Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share (on the face value of Rs. 2 per share) for the financial year 2013-2014.
The dividend will be paid on or before February 21, 2014.
2. Taken note of the change in name of the Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants to 'Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP' pursuant to conversion of their status as partnership firm to a Limited Liability Partnership, under Section 58 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. |
