| Exchange Disseminated Time | Caplin Point Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 21, 2011, has decided to reconstitute the AUDIT COMMITTEE of the Board by inducting Mr. N. R. Achan, Director into the said committee and by appointing him as the Chairman of the Audit Committee with immediate effect. Mr. N. R. Achan is the former Chairman and CEO of Catholic Syrian Bank Ltd. and is a veteran Banker with considerable financial knowledge and expertise, the benefit of which, in the considered view of the Board, could be best utilised in the function and capacity of the Chairman of the Audit Committee. The Composition of the Audit Committee hereafter would be as follows:
