| Exchange Received Time 16/05/2017 14:20:00 Exchange Disseminated Time 16/05/2017 14:20:03 Time Taken 00:00:03 | | We wish to inform that Board meeting of the company held today i.e. 16 May 2017, the Board of Directors have approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Year ended on 31 March 2017 The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share of Rs. 2 each i.e. 50% to the equity shareholders for the year ended on 31 March, 2017, subject to approval by the shareholders. The interim dividend of Rs. 1.20 per equity share of Rs. 2 each i.e. 60% was paid to the equity shareholders, during the quarter ended on 31 March,2017, therefore, the total dividend for the financial year ended on 31 March 2017 aggregates to Rs. 2.20 per equity share of Rs. 2 each i.e. 110%. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith:- 1) Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31 March 2017 alongwith Auditors' Report thereon. 2) Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31 March 2017 alongwith Auditors' Report thereon. 3) Declaration for unmodified opinion in terms of Regulation 33(3)(d) as amended by SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016. The meeting commenced at 11.00 a.m. and the agenda relating to Financial Results were approved by the Board at 2.00 p.m. The Board meeting continues for discussing other agenda items |
