1. The Board assessed the carrying value of certain identified plant & machinery, electrical installations and capital work in progress as on the date of the board meeting. The Board reviewed future business scenario and decided to provided further impairment of Rs. 53.67 crores to the carrying value of its plant and machinery relating to the Cash Generating unit located in a particular region.
2. Further, the Board discussed the status of debtors of Rs. 14.24 crores as difficult to recover and decided to provide for the same in accounts of the Company. |
