Shri.R.S.Agarwal had submitted that he had never provided his consent to act as a Director in Orion Alloy & Strips Limited and that the said company had forged his signature in the consent letter and created false documents. He had also informed that he had approached Honourable High Court of Delhi and had obtained an order, staying the direction of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, disqualifying him from acting as Director. The Board of Directors have also noted the matter at its meeting held on 2.11.2017.
