Further the Company is pleased to provide to its Members the facility to cast their vote by electronic means (e-Voting) on all resolutions set forth in the Notice of the AGM. The Schedule of electronic Voting is given hereunder:
a) Date and time of commencement of remote e-Voting: July 6, 2017 from 9.00 AM.
b) Date and time of end of remote e-Voting: July 9, 2017 at 5.00 P.M.
