Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders for dealing in securities of the Company. Accordingly, during the said period, the Directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members etc. are directed not to deal in the Company’s shares. |
