| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/05/2016 19:54:33 | Visa Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, which would include the fourth quarter results from January 01, 2016 to March 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to "VISA Steel Limited - Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees covered under the Code from the close of business hours of May 19, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the Stock Exchanges. |
