In compliance with the requirements under Clause 35A of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges, the Company has submitted to BSE details pertaining to the aforesaid Annual General Meeting in the prescribed format.
The Company has also submitted to BSE a copy of each of the Scrutinizer’s Reports dated August 12, 2014 on e-voting and August 14, 2014 on voting by poll. |
