2. The Board took note of the resignation of Mr. V. B. Haribhakti, Independent Director, from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. February 12, 2015.
3. The Board approved the Notice of Postal Ballot for seeking Shareholders' approval for Managerial Remuneration. |
