| Exchange Disseminated Time | Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 28, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors Report, the Audited Profit and Loss Account for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 and the Balance Sheet as at that date and the Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. P S Raman, & Mr. N K Ranganath, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Anil Nair & Associates & M/s. CNGSN & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this 19th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Ms. Anjali Rajagopal, daughter of Mr. V Rajagopal and Mrs. Rama Rajagopal, Directors of the Company as Management Trainee, to hold office or place of profit with effect from January 21, 2008, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
5. Appointment of Ms. Vidhyuth Rajagopal, son of Mr. V Rajagopal and Mrs. Rama Rajagopal, Directors of the Company as Management Trainee, with effect from June 01, 2008, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
6. Reduction in the remuneration payable to Mr. V Rajagopal, Managing Director of the Company.
7. Reduction in the remuneration payable to Mrs. Rama Rajagopal and Mr. Surya Narayanan, Executive Director of the Company. |
