Pursuant to Sec124(6) of the Co. Act, 2013 and IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, the Co.arranged to transfer 2,72,678seventy eight) equity shares to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF Authority) of the Government relating to unclaimed dividends for consecutive seven years.
