| Exchange Disseminated Time | Munjal Auto Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2005, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2005 as circulated to the members along with the Directors Report and Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr Vikram Shah, Mr Om Prakash Munjal, and Mr Vijay Munjal as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s Vakil Jain & Hindocha, Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this AGM till the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. |
