| Exchange Disseminated Time | CRISIL Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Allotment Committee of Directors held on April 17, 2014, the Company has allotted equity shares under Employees Stock Option Schemes as follows:-
1) 306,250 (Three Lakh, Six Thousand, Two Hundred and fifty only) equity shares of CRISIL Limited of Re. 1/- each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 (ESOS - 2011) of the Company. The shares have been issued at a price of Rs. 579.88 per share, consequent to the
sub-division of nominal face value of equity shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- per share to Re. 1/- per share.
2) 2,890 (Two Thousand, Eight Hundred and Ninety only) equity shares of CRISIL Limited of Re. 1/- each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2012 (ESOS - 2012) of the Company. The shares have been issued at a price of Rs. 1,060 per share. |
