Morgan as Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers and Barclays, Nomura and Rabobank as Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Hong Kong, Singapore and London commencing on January 18, 2017. A Regulation S only offering of USD-denominated senior green bonds (the "Notes") may follow, subject to market conditions. The Notes are expected to be rated B+ by S&P and B+ by Fitch. FCA / ICMA stabilization applies. |
