| Exchange Disseminated Time | Prime Securities Ltd ("Manager to the Offer"), for and on behalf of Krishiraj Trading Ltd ("Acquirer") alongwith Welspun Mercantile Ltd ("WML"/"PAC1") and Welspun Wintex Ltd ("WWL"/"PAC 2") as Person Acting in concert ("PAC") has informed this Corrigendum to the Detailed Public Statement ("Corrigendum") in respect of the Open Offer to the Public shareholders of Welspun Investments and Commercials Ltd ("Target Company"), pursuant to and in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and subsequent amendments thereto ("SEBI (SAST) Regulations"). This Corrigendum should be read in continuation of, and in conjunction with Detailed Public Statement ("DPS") dated September 26, 2012.
