Further, the Company provides its members the facility to exercise their votes electronically for transacting the items of business as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The e-voting will commence on September 20, 2016 at 09:00 a.m. and end on September 22, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. The Company has fixed Friday, September 16, 2016 as cut-off date to record the entitlement of shareholders to cast their vote electronically at Annual General Meeting. |
