The proposed transfer is amongst the immediate relatives as defined under Regulation 2(1)(l) of the SAST regulation, 2011. This acquisition is pursuant to inter-se transfer of shares amongst qualifying person as specified in Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SAST Regulation, 2011.
