Further, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Directors and designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed from October 18, 2016 to October 31, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
