Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from November 05, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended and Statement of assets & liabilities for the half year ended on September 30, 2016.
