1. The Board of Directors accepted resignation of Mr. Rupesh P. Mehta, an Independent Director of the Company as on October 03, 2013. Consequently he ceased to be Director of the Company from that date.
2. The Board of Director has appointed Mr. Ugrabhai V. Patel, as an additional Director (Independent) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. October 03, 2013. |
