Pursuant to an order made on May 06 2009, the Hon'ble High Court has directed that a meeting of the Secured Creditors of the Company be held on June 09, 2009 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Arrangement between Abhijeet Infrastructure Ltd (Demerged Company) and the Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd (Resulting Company).
