1. The Company has decided to sell Company's 55% equity holding in NSE Housing & Investment Pvt Ltd.
2. It was decided to issue notices for forfeiture of Shares to those shareholders who have not paid call money.
3. As regards sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company from Rs 10/- to Re 1/- per share, the mater has been deferred. |
