1. Unaudited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
2. Modification of the terms of issue of Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) issued and outstanding and matters incidental thereto, which is subject to agreement with the Preference Shareholders.
Further, In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders in Securities of the Company, the Trading Window’ will remain closed from July 01, 2016 to July 24, 2016 (both days inclusive) in connection with the impending publication of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. |
