| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/01/2017 12:29:19 | Balkrishna Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
Further, in view of the above mentioned Board Meeting, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed from January 25, 2017 to February 06, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the promoters / directors / officers / designated employees of the Company (“the concerned persons”). The Trading Window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall re-open from February 07, 2017. |
