1. Decided on directors retire by rotation and their re-appointment. Smt Divya Deepti Handa and Shri (Dr.) Bimal Patel shall retire by rotation and are eligible for re-appointment.
2. Re-appointment of auditor and to fix the remuneration.
3. To prefer an appeal before SAT against the order passed by SEBI in respect of Common Share Agency. |
